In the unlikely situation that your enhanced TNG card is faulty due to manufacturing error and is within 30 days from the day of card purchase, the product is covered under Touch ‘n Go’s warranty. Hence, you will qualify for a complimentary card replacement given that you are able to provide proof of purchase. Else, please purchase another enhanced TNG card . If you have reloaded your faulty card, please submit a refund request via e-Refund or on our e-Customer Service here to obtain the balance from your old card.
