You can track the status of the order in the card section of Touch ‘n Go eWallet app by following the below steps:
Step 1: Click on the ‘TNG Card’ icon on the app’s home page.
Step 2: Click ‘My orders’ icon will direct you to purchase screen and your order status will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Click on the order you would like to track on the Order Summary screen.
Step 4: Click on “Track My Order” and it will redirect to the delivery partner’s tracking page (app version 1.8.1 and above). You may be able to track the delivery status from here.
