To cancel your booking, please follow these steps within our mini program:
- Open the ‘Travel+’ mini program;
- Tap on the ‘
’ icon on the top corner;
- Tap on 'My Orders' and locate the order you'd like to cancel;
- Click on it and you should see the booking details;
- Scroll down to click on 'Cancel Booking' button.
