TNG eWallet
- Check your eWallet and GO+ balances
- View your transaction history for the past 90 days
- View all RFID tags and Touch ‘n Go Cards linked to your eWallet
RFID tag
- Access your dashboard and usage reports, including transaction summaries and most frequent tolls
- View linked RFID tags and vehicle details
- Download your RFID transaction history
- Request refunds for inaccurate charges or penalties
- Request RFID replacement or termination
Touch ‘n Go Card
- Access your dashboard and usage reports for transit, tolls, and parking
- View your card details
- Download transaction history, including PayDirect transactions
- Request refunds or terminate cards for issues like missing reloads or overcharges
