Follow the steps below to install your Travel eSIM based on your device type.
For Android Devices
Many Android devices support installing a Travel eSIM using a QR code saved in your gallery.
1. Save the QR code
Take a screenshot of the QR code or download it from the email provided by the Travel eSIM service provider.
2. Open Settings
Tap Connections or Network & Internet.
3. Go to SIM settings
Tap SIM Manager or Mobile Networks.
4. Add a new Travel eSIM
Tap Add eSIM or Add Mobile Plan.
5. Scan the saved QR code
When prompted, select Scan QR Code from Gallery or Use Saved QR Code (if supported by your device).
6. Select the QR image
Choose the saved QR code image from your Gallery or Photos app.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions
Complete the installation and activation process as guided on your device.
For iOS Devices
As iOS Devices do not support scanning a QR code directly from the photo gallery, you may use one of the following methods:
Option 1: Scan the QR code from another screen
1. Display the QR code on another phone, tablet, or computer.
2. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Mobile Data (or Cellular).
3. Tap Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.
4. Use your camera to scan the QR code.
Option 2: Enter Travel eSIM details manually
1. Open Settings.
2. Tap Mobile Data (or Cellular).
3. Tap Add eSIM or Add Cellular Plan.
4. Select Enter Details Manually.
5. Enter the activation details provided by the Travel eSIM service provider in the email or installation instructions.
