How do I install an eSIM?

Follow the steps below based on your device type.

For Android Devices

Install your Travel eSIM easily using the Scan QR Code from Gallery feature.

1. Save the QR code
   Take a screenshot of the QR code or download it from your confirmation email.
2. Open Settings
   Tap Connections or Network & Internet
3. Go to SIM settings
   Tap SIM Manager or Mobile Networks
4. Add a new eSIM
   Tap Add eSIM or Add Mobile Plan
5. Scan the saved QR code
   When prompted, choose Scan QR Code from Gallery or Use Saved QR Code
6. Select the QR image
   Choose the saved image from your Gallery or Photos app
7. Follow the on-screen steps
   Complete installation and activation as guided

For iPhone Devices

Since iPhones don’t support scanning a QR code from the gallery, use one of the following options:

Option 1: Scan from another screen

1. Open the QR code on another phone, tablet, or computer
2. On your iPhone, go to Settings > Mobile Data or Cellular
3. Tap Add Data Plan
4. Use your camera to scan the QR code

Option 2: Enter details manually

1. Open Settings
2. Tap Mobile Data or Cellular
3. Tap Add Data Plan
4. Choose Enter Details Manually
5. Enter the details provided in your confirmation email
