Getting Started with Touch ‘n Go eWallet

Sign up for a Touch ‘n Go eWallet and verify your account

To create a Touch ‘n Go eWallet complete the following steps:

1. Install the TNG eWallet app on App Store or Play Store
2. Sign up and enter your mobile number
3. Enter the OTP you received via SMS
4. Create your 6-digit Pin
5. Set your security question and answer
6. Key in your personal information
7. Next, Verify your account
8. Select your Nationality
9. Take a photo of the front of your Passport
10. Take a Selfie
11. Confirm the information from your Passport and Submit

Note: Starting April 1st, TNG eWallet will expand its services to enable tourists from Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Brunei, and the Philippines to pay easily in Malaysia. Since the rollout will be phased by country to optimise the experience for each market, some features may be limited based on your country of origin during this period. We appreciate your patience as we work to enhance the experience for all users.

Add Money and Go!

To add money to your eWallet complete the following steps:

1. Click on ‘Add Money’ on the homepage
2. Click on ‘eWallet Balance’
3. Select debit card or credit card
4. Enter your card details and confirm amount
5. All set! You can now make payments using the eWallet
