You may raise your concern by submitting a ticket to A+ Customer Service, as follow.
Step 1 – Tap on A+ Rewards icon from your Touch ‘n Go eWallet app homepage
Step 2 – Tap on the Vouchers or Cards
Step 3 – Tap on the Customer Service icon at the top right
Step 4 – Tap on Submit a Ticket button
Step 5 – Fill up the form
Step 6 - Click Submit button once done
