You may raise your concern by submitting a ticket to A+ Customer Service, as follow.
Step 1 – Tap on [A+ Rewards] icon from your Touch ‘n Go eWallet app homepage
Step 2 – Tap on the [My Rewards] or [Vouchers]
Step 3 – Tap on the [Customer Service] icon at the top right
Step 4 – Tap on [Submit a Ticket] button
Step 5 – Fill up the form
Step 6 - Click [Submit] button once done
