Why I can't reload eWallet via FPX?

Please be informed that we will be phasing out FPX reloads in eWallet progressively, starting 1st August 2023.

As an alternative solution, we recommend that you reload your eWallet using DuitNow Transfer from as low as RM1 from your bank account. This is a safe and secure alternative that is convenient to reload your Touch ‘n Go eWallet.

These are simple steps to reload your eWallet using DuitNow Transfer:

1. From your Touch ‘n Go eWallet Reload page, press the “Reload eWallet” button.
2. In the next screen, copy your eWallet DuitNow account ID using the “Copy” button and proceed to open your selected banking app/web page.
3. In your selected banking app / web page, select Transfer to Other banks.
4. Paste your eWallet account number that you copied earlier and select the bank as “Touch ‘n Go eWallet”.
5. Verify that the recipient account is correct and transfer the amount you need.
