You’ll receive a notification on your TNG eWallet and an SMS from your financing bank once your application is approved.Make sure notifications are enabled on your device to stay updated.
After confirming in the app, please visit your assigned Bank Rakyat branch in person to sign the Letter of Offer and complete the acceptance and finalisation process.
To accept the offer:
- Review the loan/ financing details and accept the Terms & Conditions on the offer screen
- Enter your 6-digit TNG eWallet PIN to confirm
3. For Bank Rakyat, after accepted in the app, please visit your assigned Bank Rakyat branch in person to sign the Letter of Offer and complete the acceptance and finalisation process
