An Individual e-Invoice is only issued for transactions that are recognised as revenue by TNGD, such as convenience fees and service charges. This means the amount on your e-Invoice may not match the total shown on your Activity page.
For example, if you reload RM200 to your eWallet using a credit card, a convenience fee of RM2 applies. Your transaction details will show RM202, but only the RM2 convenience fee is reflected in your e-Invoice.
You can request an Individual e-Invoice for the following transactions:
- Credit card reload convenience fee
- Non-transferable to transferable convenience fee
- Reload PIN convenience fee
- ASNB service fee (for fixed price funds)
- Visa card fee and delivery fee
- EV2 card purchase and delivery fee
- RFID tag purchase and delivery fee
- POSM purchase and delivery fee (including Soundbox)
- Soundbox subscription fee
- Digital road tax service fee
- Physical road tax delivery fee
