‘Deductible’ is a fixed amount that you must pay for the eligible expenses incurred per policy year, the balance will be borne by AIA. You are not required to pay for the deductible amount in certain circumstances including:
- Emergency treatment, including in accident cases; or
- Treatment sought at a government healthcare facility.
For Annual Limit of RM100,000 & Deductible of RM500 per Policy Year, Policy Year from 1 March 2025 to 28 February 2026:
