- You can regain access to your account by submitting a request through our webform at www.touchngo.com.my
- Select 'Contact us" under Touch 'n go then select 'Contact us" under Touch 'n go look for "write to us" and click Careline webform.
- Kindly choose "Update Mobile Number" at “Support Type"
Unverified Account :
You can regain access by following the Account Recovery steps with your registered email address.
If you are still logged-in :
- Open the TNG eWallet app and tap Profile.
- Tap Security.
- Tap Change Mobile Number.
- Answer Security Question.
- Enter New Mobile Number.
- A message will appear once your 6-digit PIN has been successfully updated.
