You can terminate your TNG eWallet account by submitting your request via in-app. To initiate an account termination request through the in-app, please ensure that your eWallet balance are zero.

Step 3: Tap on Delete Account
Step 4: Enter 6-digit PIN
Step 5: Tap on ''Agree'' or ''Maybe Later''
