What are the other important terms and conditions of the PMCM service?

AIA General Berhad reserves the right to withdraw or revise this programme at any time by giving 30 days prior written notice to the Master Policyholder and Insured Person.
This PMCM service for Insured Person shall be terminated upon the earliest occurrence of any of the following events: - upon the expiry date of the certificate of insurance; or - if the certificate of insurance becomes lapsed, becomes terminated or is cancelled; or - AIA General Berhad withdraws the programme completely in accordance with point 1 above.
If the Insured Person decides to proceed with the treatment plan as recommended by Teladoc Health, the cost of medical treatment is not covered under the Med Insure certificate of insurance.
