- If you submit your request through email or careline, Teladoc Health will provide you an enrolment and consent form to submit.
- A personal Physician Case Manager who speaks in your preferred language will be assigned to you and guide you through the entire PMCM process. You will receive the call from your Physician Case Manager within 24 hours.
- Your Physician Case Manager will contact you within 24 hours to understand and review your medical issues and medical history.
- Your Physician Case Manager will collect your medical history and test reports through email or courier service and produce a complete clinical summary.
- Teladoc Health’s Medical Committee selects top experts specialised in your condition to review your case, and additional clinical resources are assigned based on complexity and urgency.
- Within 10 working days, you will receive a detailed and personalised report with opinions and recommendations compiled by your Physician Case Manager. Additional 2-3 working days are required for translated reports.
- Your personal Physician Case Manager will provide you a full explanation of your report and clarify the treatment plan for your condition.
- Teladoc Health’s Medical Committee identifies 2 treating physician/ leading experts in their field that specialize in your medical issue.

Your Physician Case Manager will explain how and why these doctors were chosen, and help you decide with whom, where and what treatment you wish to receive.

After choosing your treating doctor, Teladoc Health will help organize your first appointment and help with travel arrangement if needed.

Your Physician Case Manager will ensure your treating doctor is fully briefed on your medical history so your care can start immediately.

Your Physician Case Manager follows your case during your treatment, to ensure you have received the right treatment and have recovered as planned. Follow-up ceases only upon your request.
