You can update the information through the TNG eWallet app by following the steps below:
Correspondence Address:
Step 1: Click on the 'Profile' icon on the bottom right of the TNG eWallet homepage.
Step 2: Click the edit button on the side of your account name.
Step 3: Enter the security pin.
Step 4: Scroll down and click 'Additional Info'.
Step 5: Input active address.
Step 6: Click Save.
Email address:
Step 1: Click on the 'Profile' icon on the bottom right of the TNG eWallet homepage.
Step 2: Click the edit button on the side of your account name.
Step 3: Enter the security pin.
Step 4: Input active email address.
Step 5: Click Save.
⚠️User would need to verify the email address afterwards to receive contact from TNG eWallet.
Important: For Step 3, the security pin method may differ based on your device:
- iOS users: 6-digit security PIN only.
- Android users: 6-digit security PIN or Face Verification (if enabled on the device as per screenshot below).
