Step 1: Please reach out to us via the Chatbot on the TNG eWallet apps to suspend your TNG e-Wallet account immediately. This is to protect your balance in your TNG e-Wallet account.
Step 2: Contact your mobile service provider to block your SIM card immediately, to prevent any attempt to request OTP to reset your TNG e-Wallet password/ PIN.
