The underlying fund for GO+ is Principal e-Cash – a Shariah-compliant Money Market Fund managed by Principal that aims to provide investors with liquidity and income. The fund is owned by Principal and TNG e-Wallet only serves as a platform provider to enable customers to save in the Principal e-Cash Fund.
The balance in your GO+ account should not be treated as e-money or a deposit, but as an investment product. While it is not protected by PIDM, it is professionally managed by Principal through the Principal e-Cash Fund to help you earn potential returns.
