How can I track the status of the order?

You can track the status of the order in the RFID section of Touch ‘n Go eWallet app by following the below steps:

Step 1 : Click on the ‘Toll’ icon from the home screen of Touch ‘n Go eWallet app.

Step 2 : Click on the ‘RFID’ icon.

Step 3 : Go to ‘My Orders’ tag and you will see the list of your orders

Step 4 : Click on the order to view the order summary page

You will also receive emails as the order status changes.
