Who is eligible to use the service?

To use SOS Top Up, you must at least meet the following requirements:

1. eWallet customer for at least 3 months
2. Reloaded your eWallet balance 3 times over a period of 3 months
3. Purchased a prepaid top up with us at least 3 times in the last 3 months
4. Have made other transactions multiple times using online and offline in each of the last 3 months
