If you do not find your mortgagee/bank in the list, you may first select any bank name available in the list to proceed. Once you have completed your purchase, please provide your policy number and your mortagee/ bank name to AIA via email at my.aiaonline@aia.com. AIA will resend your e-policy and/or cancellation note back to you via email with the updated mortgagee/ bank name.
