Is this only open to Malaysian users who travel abroad? How about other nationalities who want to use Touch ‘n Go eWallet in other countries?

This service is open for any Touch ‘n Go eWallet user with its verification (KYC) process completed. Singapore and China residents will not be able to perform Overseas QR payments within their own country. Users who have linked a Singapore credit or debit card will not be able to make Overseas QR payments within Singapore.
