Why I didn’t receive the money from Money Packet after open it?

Please ensure that you fulfil the following criteria to receive the money successfully.

1. Receive money once only from one (1) Money Packet
2. The receiving money amount doesn’t make you exceed the Wallet balance limit
3. Money Packet is still in "In progress" status
4. Not receiving own Money Packet
5. Install TNG eWallet app with 1.7.90 version and above
