You can track the delivery status of your Visa Card using the tracking URL found in the Card section of the TNG eWallet app.
Delivery usually takes up to 10 working days from the date you applied for the card. If delivery is unsuccessful, our logistics partner will attempt to deliver the card up to three times. If all attempts fail, the card will be returned to us.
To request redelivery, please contact us through Chatbot in the TNG eWallet app. Our operating hours are from Mondays to Sundays, 7.00AM to 10.00PM (including public holidays).
