We take utmost care for the quality and performance of each charm before it is dispatched to you. In the unlikely situation that your TNG Charm is faulty due to manufacturing error and is within 30 days from the day of charm purchase, the product is covered under Touch ‘n Go’s warranty. Hence, you will qualify for a complimentary charm replacement given that you are able to provide proof of purchase.
In the event the replacement of the faulty charm is not sufficed with the receipt or proof of purchase, customer shall proceed to purchase a new charm at their own expense.
If you have reloaded your faulty charm, please submit a refund request via e-Refund or on our e-Customer Service here to obtain the balance from your old charm.
You can contact Touch ‘n Go customer support team via the following channels and upon investigation and subject to validity, a replacement charm will be dispatched to you to the same address at zero cost.
