Unfortunately, the transaction is unable to process if your eWallet or GO+ balance is insufficient during the Auto Payment process and your WalletSafe certificate will not be renewed. However, you can still purchase a new WalletSafe certificate after reloading sufficient amount of money to your eWallet or GO+ account, where you may enable Auto Payment again during your purchase process.
After enabling Auto Payment, you are encouraged to also enable Quick Payment, where the amount will be deducted from your saved card in the event your eWallet balance runs low. To understand more about ‘Quick Payment’, you may refer to here or contact Touch ‘n Go eWallet.
