How to purchase Rapid Kembara Pass in TNG eWallet?
Step 1: Open your TNG eWallet.
Step 2: Complete your e-KYC.
Step 3: Go to ‘My Favourites’.
Step 4: Select ‘More’.
Step 5: Scroll down to the ‘Transport’ section.
Step 6: Select ‘Travel Pass’.
Step 7: Select ‘Rapid Kembara’ at the top of ‘Travel Pass’ page
Step 8: Select your chosen Enhanced Touch ‘n Go card to be encoded with Rapid Kembara Pass. If you have not linked your card, you need to add an Enhanced Touch ‘n Go card into the app.
Step 9: Scan your card using your phone. Just hold your Enhanced Touch ‘n Go card at the back of your phone to scan.
Step 10: Choose your activation date.
Step 11: Confirm details and make your payment by using TNG eWallet balance account.
Step 12: Scan your card once again. This final scan activates your pass based on your chosen date and links it to your card.
Step 13: Click the Promo Card to check your seven (7)-day validity period from the activation date and unlock attractive perks and discounts at our strategic partners’ locations.
