If your payment is successful but the second card scan fails and your Rapid Kembara Pass cannot be activated, don’t worry — the system will automatically refund the payment to your eWallet within 3–5 business days.
- Before attempting the second scan, please wait at least 60 seconds after the first scan to ensure the system has enough time to process your request.
- Once your refund is reflected in your TNG eWallet, you can try the process again.
