Yes. As long as you have registered your card, you can download/print your card statement from the MYTouchnGo portal with these steps:
- Click on the “History” tab located to the left of your screen after logging into the MYTouchnGo portal.
- Click “View Transactions”.
- Choose your date type, input the TNG card serial number alongside the start date and end date of the time period of the statement you would like to download/print.
- Click “Find”.
- Click “All Transactions”, “All Reloads”, or “Other Charges” depending on the type of information you would like to download/print.
- Click either the CSV icon or the PDF icon next to “Export to” at the bottom of the page to download your transactions.
