For certain transactions, you’ll be required to confirm and authorise the payment via TapSecure. This applies to payments made through shopping apps installed on your device or on online platforms that accept TNG eWallet.
For app-based transactions, you’ll be redirected to the "TapSecure Approval" screen, showing the transaction type and amount. Simply tap "Yes" to approve or "No" to reject.
For online transactions, you’ll receive a notification. Tap on it to open the "TapSecure Approval" screen, review the transaction details, then tap "Yes" or "No".
Alternatively, you can go to your Profile page, scroll down to the Payment section, then tap on "TapSecure Approval" to view and respond to any pending requests.
