Mobile app transactions.
- Some transactions will need TapSecure authentication.
- During your transaction, a TapSecure confirmation screen will be displayed where you will be asked if you want to approve the transaction. Kindly verify that your transaction details are accurate before proceeding.
- Tap on "Yes" to approve the transaction(s).
Online transactions.
- Submit your transaction request.
- A push notification that will direct you to a confirmation screen will be sent to you. Kindly verify that your transaction details are accurate before proceeding. Alternatively, you can go to your Profile page, select "TapSecure Authentication" and select the transaction you want to approve.
- Tap on "Yes" to approve the transaction(s).
