- Latest App version
If your device meet the above requirement, there could be few possible reasons that you can't register an account :
1) Mobile number or ID number already registered to another eWallet account
- If you just changed mobile number, there is possibility that the number is recycled from previous eWallet owner.
- Other eWallet owner might have wrongly entered ID number during registration

2) You have previously registered an account with the mobile number or ID number
- If you can't recall your PIN number, please perform Forgot PIN and OTP will be send to your mobile number
- If you have change mobile number and can't login to eWallet
For ekyc account :
Get your account back via Face Verification.

4) You are using mobile number other than +60 (MY) dan +65 (SG)
- Touch 'n Go eWallet can only be use with Malaysian and Singapore mobile number
