You can claim for travel fare and accommodation expense paid if your trip is cancelled within 30 days prior to departure date, however we will NOT pay for any loss if:
- This Policy is purchased less than fourteen (14) days before the trip starts.
- Insured Person or family member staying in the same house in Malaysia, or travelling companion diagnosed and tested positive for COVID-19
- Insured Person postpones the scheduled trip solely due to epidemic or pandemic-related travel advisories, including but not limited to border closures, quarantine orders, government orders issued by government or the World Health Organization for the travel destination country or home country.
