Having the enhanced TNG card available to meet our customers’ demand is TNG’s topmost priority. If the cards run out on the TNG eWallet, here is what you can do to ensure you are updated when the stocks are made available.
Step 1: Tap on the Order Touch n’ Go Card button at the bottom of the TNG Card screen
Step 2: Tap on the Order Now button and you will be redirected to the Order screen where you ideally would place an order for the enhanced TNG cards
Step 3: If the enhanced TNG cards are out of stock, you will receive an “Out of stock” banner. If this is the case, you can opt in to be notified on the card stock availability by tapping on the Yes, Notify Me button. Upon opting in, you will receive push notification once the cards are back for sales on the TNG eWallet
