Yes, you may cancel your policy at any time by contacting AIA Online Customer Service via WhatsApp at 019 629 9660 or e-mail email@example.com provided that you have not made a claim on the policy. Upon cancellation, you will be entitled to a refund of 85% of pro-rata premium equal to the unexpired period of insurance. Please refer to the policy contract for the terms and conditions of the cancellation clause.
