If you have previously completed account verification (eKYC), you can follow the following steps to recover your account.
Step 1: Fill up the required information
Step 2: Select Support Type > Account Update > Update Mobile Number
Step 3: Add file: Attach a Copy of Postpaid/Prepaid Phone Bills with Your Name and New Mobile Number
Step 4: Click "Submit"
