You will receive a notification from us after you have made your submission through the ePemula claim page.
Once the claim is approved and the RM150 ePemula credit is credited into your Touch ‘n Go eWallet, you will be informed in 2 ways: i.e.
- In-app push notification - There will be an in-app notification sent by Touch ‘n Go eWallet to your mobile phone. Please ensure you have enabled notifications in your device settings.
- Inbox message - If you did not receive or have missed the app notification, you can also check your Touch ‘n Go eWallet inbox. Click on your profile icon and click on the “Inbox” icon.
