Our delivery partners will make up to TWO (2) attempts to deliver the TNG card ordered to your delivery address. After two (2) attempts, the card will be returned to the warehouse.
Once a request is received, the re-delivery may take up to 21 days.
In the event after 1 month there is no request from user regarding failed delivery due to wrong information given, we will proceed for a refund to user excluding the shipping fees.
