To ensure that our users can continuously enjoy all of our services without the limitation of Transferable & Non-Transferable balances, we will be providing a quota for all users with completed e-KYC verifications.
A quota for your non-transferable reloads will be classified as Transferable eWallet Balance every month. Your quota is configured based on the user tiering as per the table below:

However, if the amount you reload using credit card each time exceeds the quota limit that you have, that amount will be classified as a Non-transferable eWallet Balance instead of a Transferable eWallet Balance.
Three different scenarios illustrated as below:
- For example, if your quota limit for this month is RM5,000 and you reload RM3,000 into your Touch ‘n Go eWallet using credit card, this reload amount will be classified as Transferable eWallet Balance. Your quota limit will be reduced to RM2,000.
- For example, if your quota limit for this month is RM5,000 and you reload RM5,100 into your Touch ‘n Go eWallet using credit card, this reload amount will be classified as Non-transferable eWallet Balance. Your quota limit will still remain as RM5,000.
- For example, if your quota limit for this month is RM5,000 and you reload RM5,000 into your Touch ‘n Go eWallet using credit card, this reload amount will be classified as Transferable eWallet Balance. Your quota limit will be reduced to RM0. Subsequent credit card reloads will be classified as Non-transferable eWallet Balance and you have to wait until the first day of the following month for the credit card reloads to be classified as a Transferable eWallet Balance.
