What is a virtual space?
A virtual space is an app-based environment that allows you to clone and run multiple instances of apps on the same device. These apps (e.g., Parallel Space, Island) are often used to separate work and personal profiles or run multiple accounts.
Why is it dangerous to use our app in a virtual space?
Using our app in a virtual space poses security risks:
- App cloning: Cloned apps may not function securely and can expose your data to vulnerabilities.
- Data leakage: Virtual spaces may bypass standard security protections, increasing the risk of sensitive data being intercepted or stored insecurely.
- Malicious behavior: Attackers may use virtual spaces to spoof or tamper with financial apps.
To protect your financial information, our app does not support usage in virtual spaces.
How to prevent using our app with private space
Phone settings: If you have enabled the dual app feature on your phone, you can disable it through the settings. Typically, this can be found under the 'Apps' or 'Advanced' section of the settings menu.
Uninstall third-party cloning apps: If you are using a third-party app to clone your banking app, uninstalling the cloning app will disable the additional instances.
By following these steps and tips, you can better protect your financial information when you use our app.
