1. First of all, you need to fulfilled below requirement :
- Only credit/debit card issued by Malaysia and Singapore local bank
- Only Visa and MasterCard - AMEX is not acceptable
2. If you meet the above, please ensure that you entered bank cards info correctly in the required field
Note : Authorisation fee will be refunded within 7 days (credit card) / 21 days (debit card)
3. If still facing issues, please try below self troubleshooting
Check line connectivity :
- Launch internet browser, type google.com and tap Go.
- If the page fails to load, you may have internet connectivity issues
If no internet connection issue
- Uninstall and re-install Touch 'n Go eWallet App
- Update app to the latest version
- Clear Cache/Data/Storage if possible
4. Please try to add different bank card. If only specific card having issue, advisable to contact your issuing bank to check the following
- Your card is authorized for eCommerce transactions
- Your card is authorized for 3D-secure transactions (3DS) - OTP
