If you do not manage to pump petrol within 80 seconds after the LCD indicates ‘Begin Fuelling’, the pump will time out and be locked. The pre-set amount previously deducted from your Touch ‘n Go eWallet will be fully refunded within 10 mins. To proceed to pump petrol at the same bay, kindly make your payment via cash or credit card.
If you still prefer to use Touch ‘n Go RFID for petrol at the same bay where the pump had timed out, you will need to wait for another vehicle to successfully pump at that particular bay before you re-enter and restart the process of Touch ‘n Go RFID detection.
