You can get your physical receipt printed from the cashier in-store. Navigate to your ‘Transaction History’ in the Touch 'n Go eWallet, select the fuelling transaction and refer to the ‘Transaction No.’ on the ‘Detail’ screen.
Provide the ‘Transaction No.’ to the Shell station cashier. They would be able to locate the transaction and print out the receipt.
