- Alliance Bank: Your settlement letter will be emailed to you and sent to your registered mailing address. If you do not receive it through either channel, please contact Alliance Bank Call Center at +603 5516 9988 or email them at info@alliancefg.com .
- CIMB Bank: Contact their Call Centre at +603 6204 7788 or email them at contactus@cimb.com to arrange for your settlement letter.
