- Your Cash Out transaction is still being processed. It will take up to within two business day from your transaction date (T+1) for the Cash Out transaction to be completed if the request is made before 4:00 PM (T). However, if the request is made at or after 4:00 PM (T), it will be treated as a next day request and the money will be transferred within three business day (T+2).
- As soon as the name of your eWallet and bank account matches (status: verified), you will see a verified tag and your subsequent Cash out request will take 2 calendar days (T+1) to complete processing.
- However, you may want to check your bank account first as occasionally money has been transferred into your bank account but TNGD will only update the status upon receiving confirmation from the bank 1 day later.
- Please ensure you are cashing out to 1st party bank account
