The booking is done in 3 steps as mentioned below:
- After you have selected the location, duration and give a confirmation we deduct your wallet balance pass your request to the service provider.
- If the booking is successful we display the confirmation on the screen and this information is also sent to the councils for their enforcers on the ground.
- If the booking is unsuccessful we will credit your wallet balance back to your account. You can see this in the wallet transaction history.
