Once your claim is successfully approved, you will be informed in 2 ways:
1. Push Notification. (Refer Image 2.0)
We will send you a push notification regarding your claim status. Please make sure you have enabled your push notification in your device settings.
2. Inbox Message.
If you have missed the push notification, fear not, as we will also send a message regarding your claim status to your Touch ‘n Go eWallet inbox. You may locate your Touch ‘n Go eWallet inbox by following the steps below:
Step (1): Click on your profile icon. (Refer Image 2.1)
Step (2): Click on your inbox icon. (Refer Image 2.2)
Step (3): Here you go. Welcome to your Touch 'n Go eWallet Inbox! (Refer image 2.3)
