We aim to complete the investigation and process your refund within 30 days, provided the dispute is resolved in your favour. The investigation will commence once all the required documents are submitted, with a daily cut-off time for submissions at 5pm. Any claims submitted after 5pm will be processed the next working day.
If the investigation result is not in your favour, we will inform you of the outcome within the same 30-day period, along with the reasons for the decision.
