In order to qualify for Money-back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met before the unauthorised transaction occurs:
a. Verified their account through our electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) process.
b. Their account must also be linked to a single device to authenticate transactions with our one-tap approval function, TapSecure. Tap here to link your device.
c. In the event of an unauthorised transaction, the source of fund must only come from the user’s own eWallet account.
To file a claim, a user must submit a request within 90 days from the date of the unauthorised transaction.
